Our barrel cold fermented Chardonnay was made in the new world style spending close to 14 months in new French oak. The result, a rich but balanced style exhibiting tropical pineapples and mangoes complemented with just enough caramel flavors from new oak. Our Durell has crisp acidity to balance well whatever you feel like eating with it, from things that swim to things that fly.
